It is our Centre's philosophy to offer education and care of the highest quality to your children. To achieve this we will foster an environment where your children feel safe and cared for, and are provided with developmental programs that are designed and implemented by our dedicated and qualified early childhood educators. This environment will support the children, families and team members of our Centre, and the wider community.
Our educational programs will engage your child in a range of experiences that aim to achieve positive outcomes in all areas of their development. We will do this by focusing on their individual strengths and interests, thus capturing your childs intrinsic motivation to learn.
Our programs will be developed in consultation with you and your family, as we respect and believe that the education and care we provide is an extension of your family's home life. Regular feedback and participation will ensure we are able to continuously improve our Centre's services to accommodate the needs of our children and families.
This commitment to work in partnership will be evident in our programs and our centres environment. We will deliver a holistic approach to the development of your child and believe that as parents, your input will provide invaluable insight to our involvement in their wellbeing.

Partnerships with Families
As reflected in our Centre Philosophy, our team is committed to work in partnership with families. We will deliver a holistic approach to the development of your child, and believe that as parents, your input will provide invaluable insight to our involvement in their wellbeing.
The participation of families and members of the community is encouraged by our "open door" policy, to enrich the programs and the care provided to your child.
A collaborative and supportive approach to learning between families and team members provides consistency for children, for example, toilet training and behaviour management.
Family expectations, attitudes and values will be promoted by respecting the contributions and requests of families. Confidentiality and privacy will be maintained at all times.
Communication
We believe that regular and open communication between families and team members is vital to ensure consistent care for your child between home and the Centre. A communication book is located in each room, along with suggestion boxes, and we encourage your feedback through these.
"What We Did Today" forms are displayed in each room to enable you to read about the activities and experiences that your child enjoyed at the Centre. For younger age groups, detailed information regarding nappy changing/toileting routines, food/fluid intake and sleep patterns are available each day.
Our Centres distribute monthly newsletters which contain information about Centre operations, upcoming events, topics of interest and specific Room News. We encourage you to read these newsletters as they provide interesting information relating to your child's care and wellbeing.
Welcome
Upon enrolment at a Centre, you will be provided with an Enrolment Form to complete prior to commencing care. Our Centre Director is happy to arrange a tour of the Centre and discuss our policies and procedures.
We welcome you and your child to spend time at our Centre prior to commencing care, to allow your child to become familiar with their new environment. When your child commences care, we encourage you to stay for as long as possible whilst your child settles into the Centre. This will help the process to be as positive as possible.
We aim to make you and your child feel part of our Centre family from their very first day.
We welcome any questions you may have as well as feedback regarding your enrolment experience.
Sun Safety
Our Centres promote positive attitudes towards sun safety and protection from the sun. Families are required to provide suitable clothing that best facilitates sun safety, as well as comfort, while children attend the Centre.
Team members will minimise the risk of heat stress and sun damage, by ensuring that all staff and children are protected against the effects of the suns ultraviolet radiation (UVR).
SPF30+ sunscreen will be applied prior to exposure to the sun.
All children and team members are required to wear hats while outdoors and a "No Hat, No Play" policy will be adhered to.
